The next place that we went to was called Rosa's. It was located on Fort Lowell Rd. Alvaro was actually the one who wanted to try this one out because his mother used to make it for him when he was younger, but she doesn't anymore for some odd reason that he will not say. I was impressed at how quickly they prepared the food for us. It probably took about ten minutes or so.
David was the first one to actually taste it he said that the taste wasn't authentic so he rated it a three out of ten. Alvaro went next and he agreed with him, but he said that the sauce was on point, so he gave them a five out of ten. I was the last one to taste it. I have never tried this dish before so I didn't know what to expect from it, other than the taste of chicken. Unlike Alvaro I didn't enjoy the sauce I thought it was too salty. I enjoyed the meat though it was nice and juicy. I kind of expected it to be tough by the way it was looking. I ended up giving it a four out of ten. Our overall rating is a four out of ten. |
